Common Freight Carrier (most furniture items):
Current estimated delivery date is up to 10 weeks from your order date. All items shipping with common freight carrier is delivered as curbside only (outside home). Signature is required at time of delivery. The delivery company will only deliver Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery is not available. White glove or inside delivery is not an available option to upgrade. Delivery appointment is required. Please provide best daytime phone number at time of checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification of carrier name and tracking number.

Please allow an estimated 8 business days for delivery. We will use either USPS or UPS for delivery. This delivery method applies to most accessories, fabrics, cushions, and some small furniture products.
ALASKA & HAWAII SHIPMENTS
All products on our website include free shipping and delivery, however this does not apply to AK or HI addresses.
DELAYS
There may be delays during shipment and this is out of our control. We are not responsible for late deliveries due to carrier delays. Please be prepared for rare circumstances there may be trucker or carrier delays in transit. Delivery times above are only estimated delivery dates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
DAMAGES
We use the utmost care in shipping your furniture, but occasionally items do get damaged during transit. We will replace the damaged item at no cost to you.
Common Freight Carrier Shipments:
When receiving your shipment, if a box is badly dented or broken, ask the delivery person to wait while you examine the contents of the box. If the item is damaged beyond minor touch-up, refuse the item (but keep any cushions, if applicable) and we will replace the damaged item at no cost to you. When in doubt, call us at 888-472-8826 during our normal business hours and we will advise you on what to do with any problems you might have. Any damages upon receipt of furniture must be in writing at time of delivery. Failure to notate damages on delivery receipt will void replacement or returns. When you sign for the furniture be aware that you are signing received in good condition except as noted. We cannot look for the trucker to make good for an item a day or two later. You must also contact us within 24 hours of receipt of any delivery to report any damage. Your failure to notate in writing on delivery receipt of damages negates any claim you might have.

Damages must be reported by email or phone call to our customer service department within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report such damages will void replacement or returns.
MISSING/SHORT SHIPMENT

At time of delivery please check the piece count on the delivery receipt. Count the pieces you are receiving. If there are any missing pieces, please put it in writing on the delivery receipt. Please contact our customer service to report the missing piece. We will assist in contacting the carrier to locate the missing piece. If carrier is unable to locate the missing piece, we will send a free replacement at no cost to you.

Most products shipped via USPS or UPS does not require signature at time of delivery. Please check tracking information to expect when your package will be delivered. We are not responsible for items missing via this shipping method. If you need such product to be signature required (USPS or UPS only), please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Signature required may have additional fees.
DELIVERY APPOINTMENT
Common Freight Carrier Shipments:
Most freight carrier shipments requires delivery appointment. The carrier will attempt to contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. If you fail to respond to the carrier within 2 business days, carrier will begin charging storage fees. If within 5 business days has passed and there are no responses, we reserve the right to cancel the shipment. This is to prevent carrier from further storage fees. If the shipment is cancelled, we will deduct all fees from your refund. Original shipping charge, return shipping charge, and any storage fees. Our freight contract is only from shipping point in Ontario, California. We do not have freight contract with other shipping points around the United States. This will result in a return shipping charge that is normally up to 4 times greater than the original shipping charge. Most items says free shipping, but the actual shipping charge we paid to the carrier will be deducted from your refund.
CANCEL ORDER DURING TRANSIT / REFUSE DELIVERY

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you wish to return for refund, you must accept the shipment and return it back to us. Return shipping charge is paid by buyer. We do not reimburse return shipping charges. If you refuse the shipment and do not accept, we will deduct all fees from your refund. Original shipping charge, return shipping charge, and any storage fees. Our freight contract is only from shipping point in Ontario, California. We do not have freight contract with other shipping points around the United States. This will result in a return shipping charge that is normally up to 4 times greater than the original shipping charge. As a result, the return shipping charge may end up costing more than the product itself in some cases. Most items says free shipping, but the actual shipping charge we paid to the carrier will be deducted from your refund.
You may refuse the delivery if the item is clearly and visibly damaged by freight carrier. Only refuse the item that is damaged, do not refuse the entire shipment (if more than one item shipped).
