Tim recognized our older set right away and was able to help us find the right base to work on our set. Installation was smooth and our set is like new! It was great to find a company that still values customer service. We will definitely be back when we are finally ready to replace our set.

For people that are looking to buy Rattan furniture, I highly recommend Kings Rattan. The quality of their Products is excellent. The furniture are beautiful, the fabrics are gorgeous .I live in Miami, Florida and I was so worry regarding the delivery but everything came perfect, because they packed everything so well that I did not find a little scratch. These stools are not only intensely beautiful but very well constructed and extremely comfortable. The scale is perfect for any area and can be formal or casual. The upholstery detail on the back is exquisitely done. The customer service experience from beginning to conclusion was above and beyond! I highly recommend this product and Kings Rattan if you are looking for beauty and quality. Thank you Kings Rattan team, well done!

I purchased the chairs to replace about a twenty year old set. The new ones have five legs rather than four plus the rattan where the casters go is now sleeved with a metal band. These are good design improvements because four legs were inclined to let the chair tip over. Packaging and delivery were great. I’ll enjoy the chairs for the rest of my days.

Rattan & Wicker
Rattan & Wicker is the most environmentally friendly material available for production in furniture.
Unlike wood, when harvesting the lumbar, the tree is cut. Rattan is a vine and harvesting the material will not kill the plant.
Rattan takes about 5 to 10 years to mature for harvesting. Wood takes about 20 to 100 years, depending on the species.
It is all natural material and bio degradable. The nutrients are released back to earth after disposed.
When burned, the CO2 emission is considered as environmental neutral since the plant absorbs carbon dioxide while growing.
Rattan furniture uses less energy to produce when compared to wood, metal, or plastic.
Less harmful chemicals are used in production of rattan furniture.
The life cycle of the rattan furniture can be as long as 20 years or more, but depends on the quality of the material and the manufacturing workmanship.
Rattan poles are made up of elongated fiber, it is flexible, and not easy to break.
Regular maintenance on the rattan furniture by oiling and waxing it can prolong the lifespan.
After the rattan is harvested, it goes through a curing process. Once the curing is completed, the next state is to dry the rattan to get rid of the excess moisture. When the rattan is dried, it can be cut in pieces to make Wicker or can be bent to make furniture.
