REFUND POLICY
If within 30 days of the date received, you are dissatisfied for any reason; you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receipt of the return. Exclusions apply on some returns. Returns are subject to a restocking charge. See below for details.
RETURN POLICY
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipping. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Common Freight Carrier Shipments:
This applies to most furniture items. Any damages upon receipt of furniture must be in writing at time of delivery. Failure to notate damages on delivery receipt will void replacement or returns.
Standard Ground Shipping (UPS or USPS):
Damages must be reported by email or phone call to our customer service department within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report such damages will void replacement or returns.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE
If you are not satisfied with any item, we will try to rectify the problem to your satisfaction. If and only after we have tried to rectify the problem and it does not meet your expectations, we will refund your money in full less shipping charges to your home. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the item(s). Returned items must be in new and re-sellable condition.
Furniture is delivered to your home, but not inside your home. It is your responsibility to either keep the boxes the furniture arrived in or to provide the boxes if you wish to return an item(s).
Non-defective product returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. Returned products must be in new and re-sellable condition. Products with damages from normal customer wear and tear, customer accidental damages, or customer abuse is not accepted for returns.
FABRICS DISCLAIMER
We have made an effort to provide fabric images that closely represent the fabric colors. However, due to all the possible variants (e.g. light source, monitor quality, etc.), we cannot guarantee that the fabric images accurately represent the true fabric colors. Please take this into consideration if you are trying to match colors of materials. We do not accept returns for fabrics that do not look the same as in real life compared to digital screen. If you need samples of the fabrics, please send us a request for free fabric samples.
FINAL & SALE CLEARANCE ITEMS
Products marked as “Clearance” are considered final-sale items and cannot be returned.
CUSTOM ORDERS (NON-RETURNABLE)
Products marked as “Custom” are custom-made upon order and are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages. Example of such product is replacement cushions with custom sizes.
Customers will have 24 hours from placement of such custom orders to cancel.
